advantage. Nero would have used Facebook
to convince all of Rome that it was not burning.
Emperor Hirohito would have used Twitter
to espouse Japanese patriotism while deleting
posts about Unit 731 and Nanjing. Stalin
absolutely would have used drone strikes
on his dissenters.
